Ah, public access.

For those who don't know, Ken Burns' "Baseball" series aired on PBS as a series of 9 episodes, each one called an "Inning" and each one did indeed begin with the National Anthem.
There are only 9 innings in a regulation game, but some smartass Sox fan made a "10th inning" about the Cubs, which aired on local public access TV.
Of course, it's satire, but I think this guy really thinks "Francois" is an Italian name.
I love the "Cubs fan" who's interviewed at about 5:40.
"I was at the Bay of Pigs. I was hit by a meteor. I love the Sacramento Kings."
