Domers in Chi-town!

If you are in the Chicago area tomorrow, please try to stop by either Holy Name or St. Peter's in the Loop for Mass to hear the Notre Dame Women's Liturgical Choir (which counts among its members
The Original Mary Elizabeth!) singing.

These are very talented young women and they deserve our support! How can we complain about the dreadful music at today's Masses if we don't show our support for the good stuff?

The Mass at Holy Name is at High Noon, the Mass at SPL is at 5PM.
I am going to try to go to the one at SPL, depending on the weather.
The Mass at SPL would be perfect for all you Chicagoans who work in the Loop.

Also, if anyone is in St. Louis this weekend, they are singing the Saturday Vigil Mass at 5PM at St. Monica's and the Sunday Noon Mass at the Old Basilica of St. Louis the King, which is the oldest Cathedral West of the Mississippi, established in 1770.

Note: This is the OLD Cathedral on Walnut Street, NOT the "new" more famous Cathedral.

UPDATE: DUE TO THE TERRIBLE WEATHER AND TRAFFIC CONDITIONS IN THE CHICAGO AREA THE CHOIR HAS CANCELLED THE CHICAGO LEG OF THE TRIP - THEY WILL STILL BE IN ST. LOUIS, HOWEVER.
