A good way to get remembered in someone's prayers...

Got this e-mail from Father P. today - if anyone would like to donate a book, knock yourselves out.

Dear Friend of St. John Cantius:
I am writing to ask for your help in establishing a very small, but practical, Latin and Greek Library for the members of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius. As you may or may not know, each of our novices studies Latin here under instruction. While the students are doing well with no resources, it is our hope that each of the members of the Society becomes highly proficient in Latin. Unfortunately, this goal cannot be accomplished without the purchase of a few books for both reference and instruction. Mr. Phelps, our Latin instructor, has put together a list of books that are basic to a Latin instruction program. I am asking you to sponsor the purchase of one or more of the books. Any book you purchase for the Society will have an acknowledgement placed in the book so that the user can remember you in his prayers. Also, the Society will provide you with a receipt for your purchase if your can use the deduction pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
