Mystery button.

Tonight on my way home from work, I stopped in a Middle Eastern convenience store in the Polish neighborhood.
There was a small button on the cash register with a photo of Pope Benedict XVI, with the Polish phrase "Witamy Cei."
At least I think the last word was "cei."
I know "witamy" is "welcome" (at least I think it is), but what is "cei", I wonder? Does anyone know? Is it "Pope?"
I told the clerk, "I love your button! Do you know what it says?" and he looked at it and said, "It's the Pope."
I told him, yeah, it's the Pope, but asked again, "What does it say?"
He didn't know.
"Well, I like it anyway!" I said.
"Are you Catholic?" he asked.
"Yes! I sure am!" I answered.
I was hoping he'd offer me the button.
Alas, he thanked me for my purchase and told me to have a good night.
Bummer.
