Disgusting.

I didn't see the Today Show today, but according to ABC, after Matt Lauer asked Drew Peterson if he had anything to say to his wife and Peterson responded for her to "Come home", he said it while laughing.

In other news, Peterson turned in his resignation with the Bolingbrook Police Department today, but the police chief said he is not accepting it, and said that the only reason Peterson resigned was to aid his defense and to save his pension.
I'm not sure if this is the same police chief that was there when Ms. Savio died (if it is, he should be indicted too, for covering up a homicide), but at any rate, he did a nice job on this.
